- π½ Sewer Ordinance Nears Finalization: Following a special June 16 workshop, councilmembers reviewed amendments and community concerns regarding a new ordinance that will modernize sewer connection requirements and support long-term infrastructure planning.
- π§ USDA Bond Moves Forward: Council authorized a new $873,000 USDA-backed bond to refinance existing sewer system improvements at lower interest.
- π‘ Vacation Rental Oversight Expanding: The Planning Commission is revisiting short-term rental licensing, with a public workshop and focus group approach underway.
- πΈ Fee Schedule Updated: Building permit and Fire Marshal service fees were aligned with those charged by Skamania County.
